Terms for entering the program
Procedures for receiving and using the discounts
GLOBAL LOYALTY PROGRAM is RaceFacer’s global program, which includes the kart tracks of RaceFacer’s platform regardless of their geographical location.
SUBJECT
Global Loyalty Program unites all of the users of the platform RaceFacer.com and all
the karting tracks that have the RaceFacer Track Management installed.
The basic element of the program is the total distance covered in kilometers. The total
distance covered in kilometers shall be summed upon kart driving by the users of
RaceFacer.com on any of RaceFacer’s karting tracks that are part of the program.
The kilometers shall be calculated based on the total length of the track and the number
of tours made by the users.
Upon reaching certain limits of kilometers summed up, the users of RaceFacer.com
shall be provided with a discount percentage for the use of the karting products at any of
the karting tracks of RaceFacer.
DISCOUNT LEVELS
The users of RaceFacer.com shall be provided with three levels of discounts:
• Total distance of 200 km - 10% permanent discount for products selected
• Total distance of 1000 km - 20% permanent discount for products selected
• Total distance of 2000 km - 30% permanent discount for products selected
TERMS FOR ENTERING THE PROGRAM
All of the karting tracks shall provide the fixed permanent discounts to RaceFacer users who reached the levels of total distance of kilometers driven as set.
The fixed discounts shall be valid for AT LEAST ONE karting product of any karting type that is available at any of the karting tracks
PROCEDURES FOR RECEIVING AND USING THE DISCOUNTS
The procedure for summing the kilometers starts for any user after the registry in RaceFacer.com (via a web, mobile application, at KIOSK Terminal of a certain track or via a POS of the certain track) and the further profile activation
Accumulation of kilometers starts after the first kart driving on any of the karting tracks that are part of the program
The total sum of kilometers is the total of all kilometers driven by the respective user on any of the karting tracks being part of the program
Upon reaching any of the preset limits of distance covered in kilometers by a user, RaceFacer Track Management shall automatically generate the respective percentage discount to the user’s profile.
At the time of the first use of the discount on any of the karting tracks being part of the program, the RaceFacer Track Management system shall inform the cash register employee (via a pop-up window), that the customer is entitled to receive the respective discount.
The karting products that the discounts of the Global Loyalty Program may apply to are preset at the moment of making the respective product in the RaceFacer Track Management Administration RaceFacer Track Management - Administration - Kart Products - New Product – check box activation in the “Personal Discount” field.
In order to use the discount as per the Global Loyatly Program, it is not necessary to issue a special card (though it is preferable) to a RaceFacer.com user. Discounts are automatically generated to the profiles of the respective customers and may be used on any karting track being part of the program.
Note: To avoid any misuse, it is preferable that the identification of users being granted with discounts to via a photo (made by the karting web camera or at the KIOSK Terminal), or via scanning a personal QR code from the mobile application, or via the issue of a personal membership card.
